Renee Schultz

Renee Schultz

Renée Schultz grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. Her love of books began as a little girl, piling them in her arms at the local library, a small room in the Denmark State Bank. Books and writing have accompanied her ever since. She’s an avid reader (fortunate to live within walking distance of her local library), author, psychotherapist, mother, long-time partner to Ron Baer, and friend to many.

Sally Bellerose

Sally Bellerose

Sally Bellerose is the author of two novels, Fishwives and The Girls Club. Her fiction won an NEA Fellowship and other prizes. Sally is in search of a title for her novel-in-progress from which she’ll read. It centers around Billy, a middle-aged man who is alert, full of emotion, nonverbal, blind, profoundly developmentally challenged, and institutionalized. The institution he has called home for over forty years is about to close.
